CALL FOR FREE PAPERS

Participants of the Congress are invited to present free papers with presentation topics related to Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • Application to submit an abstract is open only to registered delegates. All presenting authors must be registered delegates.
  • Abstracts must be received by 1st March 2021, 12pm 5th March 2021, 12pm. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Abstracts are subject to approval by the Organizing Committee of MSAI. Submitting authors are reminded that the Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to select or reject papers for presentation.
  • The Organizing Committee will inform authors of the status of their submission by 10th March 2021 via e-mail.
  • Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official meeting publications or MSAI social media.
  • The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
  • Abstracts have been previously presented at another meeting may not be submitted.
  • Only abstracts with results will be accepted for review. Abstracts stating “data will be discussed in the presentation” will NOT be accepted.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Language: English and Font: Arial size 12 is the preferred size.
2. The whole abstract should not exceed 300 words.

3. Format of Abstract:
  • Title (Capitilised and Bold), Name(s) of Author(s) with the presenter’s name in BOLD PRINT; the surname of each author precedes the initials eg Abdullah BJJ
  • Institution(s) of the author(s): Authors from different institutions will be identified by matching superscripts
  • eg Kumar G¹, Ong KT², Departments of Otolargylogy¹ and Immunology²
4. Body of Abstract (each sub-header in bold print):
  • Purposes of Study
  • Materials and Method
  • Results
  • Conclusion
5. Authors will be informed of acceptance of their abstracts as oral OR poster presentation by 10th March 2021.
Abstract submission will NOT be considered as pre-registration to the Virtual Congress. For abstracts to be considered for MSAI 2021 Virtual Congress, the abstract authors must register to the Virtual Congress.
